December 21st marks the transition from fall to winter season on the calendar and things related to winter are already in full swing at Fernie Alpine Resort! All the main lifts are running and the majority of the ski terrain in the 5 alpine bowls are now open. While early season conditions still persist, there were plenty of fresh track to be found and the White Pass area was the preferred riding area.
